I will always handle your personal information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

Your information remains confidential and in my custody until it is deleted after the end of your program. If you wish for it to be deleted earlier, you have the obligation to notify me. It will then be deleted immediately.

It is necessary for me to have this information because of:

When you sign up for my newsletter, you simultaneously give consent for me to have your data until you unsubscribe.

When you contact me to book an individual program, you simultaneously give me consent to have your name, mobile number, and email address for billing purposes.

How I Protect your Data:

I have experience that it is safe to send emails to info@dorteravn.dk, as I use a reputable email platform. However, emails are generally not considered a secure medium for communication. Therefore, you should be aware that when you send an email, it is at your own risk.

You should also be aware of what information you send to me if you think the content is too personal.

Never write your social security number, names of family members, etc.

What I Store:

• Name, phone number, and email address. I delete emails and text messages after the end of a program after a minimum of 3 months or upon direct request.
• Information required for accounting purposes according to current legislation is stored as required for 5 years.

I keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned:

• In connection with newsletters: As long as consent to receive marketing has not been withdrawn, and I am not obligated to store personal information in connection with a legal obligation.
• In connection with the purchase of services or products: I will store your personal information for up to 6 years after the end of the customer relationship in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period.
• Generally, personal information regarding general inquiries from non-registered customers will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period.

Record-keeping Obligation:

Since I do not have a record-keeping obligation, I do not keep records of your sessions.

Information, Objection, Amendment, Data Portability, and Deletion:

You can always contact me to find out what personal information I have about you.

If there are errors in the information I have about you, you can always ask to have them corrected so I have the correct information, just as you have the right to receive the information in a standard format (data portability).
