User Agreement:

Products purchased on this website are exclusively for personal use. Any form of commercial use is not permitted, nor is it permitted to reproduce text and content for commercial purposes.

Purchased Online Products:

Purchased online products can be downloaded a maximum of 2 times within 14 days after purchase.

All online products are covered by copyright law. They are produced and distributed by Dorte Ravn – Love Coach. The products are for personal use and therefore may not, either free of charge or for payment, be shared, copied, lent, published or sold.

It is also not permitted to use the products for teaching purposes, etc.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal when the product has not been used. You simply return the physical product and provide your account number, and you will receive a refund.

Right of Withdrawal Expires when Purchasing Digital Products:

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there is no right of return on digital products after download has begun. You thus waive the normal 14-day right of return when you click on the download button.

Right of Complaint:

If physical products do not meet expectations, you always have a 14-day full right of return.

Lectures Workshops:

When registering for my lectures workshops, your registration is binding.

All rights to my workshops and lectures, books and digital products belong to Dorte Ravn.
